O ur classroom setting is in a professional educational environment. Each student must complete thirty hours of classroom. Please click the appropriate link for a listing of class times and schedule. The classroom instructors accept the responsibility of making the classroom expereince a fun, exciting, and structured learning experiences using many of the newest multimedia experience. Many traffic concerns are addressed during the course including understanding the risk involved with driving, the general movement and operation of a vehicle, driving in adverse conditions, crash avoidance, alcohol and drugs effect on driving, and parking.
Our students receive ten hours of behind the wheel instruction. Students are put in as many traffic situations possible. There will be only the student and the instructor in the vehicle. Northeast fleet of vehicles are medium size fully insured vehicles. For safety reason we require the students to complete a certain number of classes before we put them on the roadway. Driving can be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, weekends and during study halls if a student is academically in good standing and has permission from a parent/guardian.
Parental involment - each student must have a parent/guardian involved in the course. We will asking that the student's parent/guardian either attend one of our parent nights or ride along with the student during their last time driving.
Permits will be given upon successful completion of the course.
Cost for the course is $440.00 + $10.00 (permit fee). There are no additional charges once the student begins the course.
